Hello! welcome to my page, first of all I want to thank you for taking the time to read these lines about me, the world we live in these days is all so fast and accelerated, that anything that takes us more than three seconds, it makes us lose interest. That's why I'm honored to have you here. Well, without further ado, I introduce myself, I am Diana Mendez, and as my slogan says, I am a real estate agent and I do my job so well that with all confidence I dare to say that she could be your favorite!
I am a Latin woman, born in Mexico City and raised in the beautiful city of Querétaro where I developed as a professional obtaining a university degree in law, working for government institutions such as the DIF (System for the Development Integral de la Familia) AND THE CEA (State Water Commission) as well as a law firm in which I had commercial and real estate cases.... So having this background, when I moved to California I knew that the best way to I could continue serving my community by helping them build their own legacy and what better way than with Real Estate.
With all this background, I fully understand the importance of listening carefully to the needs of my clients to achieve their goals, since it is my main philosophy with the work, guiding them step by step in the process and making sure they feel comfortable and safe for what they do. I always seek to continuously educate myself with seminars and classes, maintaining that passion for knowledge and learning in order to provide my clients with the best tools to obtain what they want.
Speaking both English and Spanish is that I can perfectly understand the needs of my clients and help them make the corresponding negotiations in the language that is necessary so that this is not a barrier during the process.
